T.Silk padding combines a high level of heat (Thermal Resistance = Ret) with high breathability (Evaporation Resistance = Rct).
These two variables form the thermo-physiological comfort index (Imt) which for T.Silk in a range from 0 to 1 (1 = Air) obtains an exceptional value of 0.84.
On any occasion, during any physical activity or rest, in any environmental and climatic condition, the T.Silk padding allows you to not give rise to and/or interrupt that vicious circle of “sweating-cooling-sweating” which is the main cause of the criticality and perception of lack of comfort typical of thermal stress, even the most limited ones.
With T.Silk padding is no longer the cause but the definitive solution to the uncontrolled increase in body temperature, responsible for new heat and new sweating.

The uniquenes of T.Silk 100% silk padding is the innovative thermal-laboratory capable of maintaining the ideal level of heat without any accumulation.
Due to the physical/chemical characteristics of the silk fiber and thanks to the innovation of the T.Silk project, the silk padding is the perfect thermoregulator.
The excess heat produced, in the form of water vapor, is captured and absorbed by the internal layers of the padding. Only the surplus heat is, by capillarity, quickly carried to the external surface layers of the padding and quickly released, allowing to avoid the creation of further heat and sweating

Silk is a highly sustainable fiber, a system where the possibilities of using the different by-products are endless. A 100% circular system.
Pre-consumer waste derived from yarn by-products or scraps from fabrics or pre-consumer products are re-transformed into fiber and recycled padding following the philosophy of upcycling, respect for silk (no chemical treatments and exaggerated mechanical treatments) and respect for value (no blends with synthetic fibers, resins or additives that facilitate workability and only low price)
The result is the recycled padding Re#Value, a new value for silk for padding products that maintain intact the characteristics of performance, naturalness and health.
